Arsenal Colorado joins Elite 64
Date: 5/27/2022
E64 Informational Power Point from E64 meeting on May 19.
We are so excited to announce that Arsenal Colorado has been invited to participate in Elite 64 (E64) Boys beginning in 2022-2023. This transition will allow our teams a better player development pathway by continuing to compete in state league and State Cup. Additionally, having both our Boys and Girls Academy teams competing in the same elite competition platform will allow us to better serve our entire membership. E64 is US Youth Soccer’s new elite performance league featuring 64 teams across the country in girls’ and boys’ divisions. The league supports high school participation, provides national competition, and maximizes college and professional recruitment.
E64 features six age groups U13-U19, and divides teams into eight conferences based on geographical position. There will be a minimum of 14 league games over the 10-month season, an Elite 64 Finals and Showcase, up to three national showcases, the ability to advance to the USYS Champions Cup (where Elite 64 Final winners can compete for an international title against other domestic and international champions), and the option to play in the USYS National Championship Series via entry into our USYS State Cup. Other benefits associated with E64 include an annual awards ceremony, ProScore and STATSports game analysis technology, and much more!
Teams are still being announced, but the competition will be a great new challenge for our girls’ teams!
The club will be providing additional information as it becomes available and we will be hosting an informational meeting in May, prior to tryouts.
